Delete your Get Gains data

Get Gains gives you two ways to remove your data. You can clear your data for a fresh start while keeping your account, or delete your account entirely. Choose whichever fits.

App: Get Gains  ·  Developer: Nexus AI Apps Ltd

Option A

Delete some or all of my data

Keeps your account, login, and subscription. Wipe your fitness data for a fresh start without signing up again.

In the app:

  1. Open Get Gains → Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete my data.
  4. Choose which categories to remove — workouts, food & nutrition, body measurements, supplements, or social activity (or all of them).
  5. Type DELETE to confirm.

Prefer email, or already uninstalled? Write to us and say which categories you'd like cleared:

Option B

Delete my account and all data

Removes everything, including your login. This closes your Get Gains account permanently.

In the app:

  1. Open Get Gains → Settings.
  2. Go to Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account permanently.

Your account is scheduled for deletion. You can sign back in during the 30-day window to cancel; after that it is erased permanently.

Already uninstalled? Email us from your registered address:

For any email request, please write from the address you registered with so we can verify the account. We'll confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Option A (delete my data) removes the categories you select:

It keeps your account, login, subscription, and the people you follow. Coach chat history is deleted on account closure (Option B) — to clear it sooner, email us.

Option B (delete my account) removes everything above, plus:

Retention

Option A (delete my data) takes effect immediately — the selected data is erased from our live systems as soon as you confirm.

Option B (delete my account) has a 30-day window during which you can sign back in and cancel. Once that window passes, your account and data are permanently erased from our live systems.

In both cases, residual copies in encrypted backups are removed on the normal backup rotation — up to 30 days — after which they are permanently gone.

What is not deleted

Records we are legally required to keep — such as billing and purchase receipts — may be retained for tax, accounting, and legal-compliance purposes, as permitted by law. These contain transaction records only, not your fitness or health data.
